Been here for a meal today, it was fantastic, service great and food came extremely quick and really hot.
I was served at the till which the server I think it was Diane was very friendly and knowledgeable as my wife is a bit of a pain and only like certain foods, very well done bacon and no sauce's, and the food came out exactly as she wanted.

Fantastic family meal, I think the team members name was James, he was very attentive and great with the dogs. Ordered 8 meals and food arrived promptly and of great quality. Thank you for looking after us.

I booked the Christmas Party night for the Iceland Prestatyn staff and we had a ball!!!! We all got a glass of fizz on arrival and shown to our area. The buffet was stunning and such a huge variety of food, it was most certainly not your standard buffet food. The Christmas quiz and party games were lots of fun followed by karaoke. A perfect evening filled with fun and cocktails. Thank you to all the staff for being so attentive, friendly and fun it was a great night had by all.

Staff very friendly and helpful, ordered food and drinks however some drinks were unavailable plus the coca cola listed on the menu they no longer do either. The staff member helped us out selecting suitable alternatives. Food arrived quickly and was very good. Will definitely return.

My family and I went there for a meal. Great food with lots of veggie options. Great customer service, the staff were all really nice. Drinks were nice. Good value for money.
The interior was lovely. My step dad loved having a tv to watch football right in the booth.

We where staying in Prestatyn for New Years Eve and had a beautiful lunch here. We had actually booked a table at another pub for New Year’s Day and canceled because my family wanted to go back, it was that enjoyable.
We often come to Rhyl and Prestatyn and this is now our go to place for food and drinks.

Always have pleasant staff. Food order arrives very quickly, good choice of lager and beer. We'll done.
