Very nice pub good food friendly staff one down side is be prepared to pay with cash they do not accept debit cards or credit cards shame really as they probably lose trade due to the fact they don't have a card reader

Great pub, New landlady, New Chef, Restaurant open Thursday to Sunday and Special Occasion Meals. Great staff, Artist Every Saturday, Big Screen for the rugby, Quiz every Thursday, Card Bingo and Shot quiz on Sunday afternoon. Lovely room upstairs for special occasion party's etc. Highly Recommended 👍

Decent pub. Rough around the edges and cash only. It’s the year 2022 by the way.

Great food every time and have had a variety of dishes. The chips are fantastic and home cooked. The only downside is that the peas are always soft and overcooked

Good friendly pub, with a popular Sunday lunch menu. Good for sports on the TV, beer prices reasonable. But disappointed the lounge had no background music and the heating was off and it was really cold. They have entertainment on Saturday night which is popular. UPDATE.... since last review a new landlady has taken over and has not only transformed the pub into a thriving local the community can be proud off. Live music, karaoke nights and the popular cards bingo shot quiz on Sunday afternoon. A full timetable of sport is available on the big screen in the lounge and on the TV's in the bar. Not forgetting the happy Hours. Well worth a visit. Plus the heating is on now.
