Plas Coch

Visited today(Sunday) on the way back from a few days away. We hadn't booked and the found us a table as it was busy. We ordered or food and picked up the drinks from the bar. The food arrived and no problems with it at all. It was hot, cooked correctly and of a good sized portion. The staff were attentive and were constantly cleaning and asked it the food was OK. We don't live nearby but if passing again we'll probably call in.

We had a very pleasant evening with you. It was a group of old work friends having a catch up. Everyone was pleased with there meals. I had a 30% off voucher to which made things even better. But it was good value for money anyway before the voucher so it was excellent value for money when they found out I had the voucher. The lady serving us was lovely. Didn’t get her name sorry. Tom was waiting on the table with the meals and he done an excellent job. Overall it was very enjoyable and we will return again very soon I’m sure 😊

Staff are friendly and helpful, food is good and competitively priced. Good selection of drinks.

Have been several times before and it never changes. Not posh just normal and friendly.

My friends and I come for lunch every couple of months or so, and as always, we were greeted warmly with a smile. Our server, Ashley, came over promptly to take our drinks order and then to take our food order. We weren't ready to order, no problem! When she came back again we still hadn't decided, no problem! When we had finally decided, I wanted to change some things on the dish I wanted, no problem! In fact, that is always the attitude, no problem, whatever the customer wants they will do their utmost to accommodate you. I don't think I have come across such friendly, yet professional staff. The manageress Merrel is also a credit to your establishment, always going that one step further.
The food came out promptly and was once again tasty and hot.
We six have booked to go for the festive menu in December and are already looking forward!

Upon entering there was a warm welcome and we were seated. The staff member explained the ordering process clearly and efficiently. We enjoyed our meals which arrived quickly and hot. The atmosphere was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We would definitely return again and come more often based on this experience. Thank you

I recently visited Plas Coch and was impressed with the overall experience. The ambiance was nice and the prices were good. The fries were especially tasty and the portions were generous. The 8 oz steak I had was perfectly cooked, although it was way too chewy. The staff was friendly and the cooking times were quick. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant, but you might want to opt for chicken instead of beef steak.

Served by a very pleasant young lady. We both had the light bites cod and chips followed with jam sponge. The meal was delicious and great value. Will certainly visit again and highly recommend

Welcoming environment, excellent and friendly staff, the starter, main and desert were all cooked and presented perfectly. Did not feel rushed whilst eating and would definitely come again! Thanks for an excellent start to Christmas :)
