We stayed here for two nights in our motorhome, we had a fabulous welcome and beautiful food which was tasty and piping hot, all condiments were full and available on the table, I had hunters chicken and my husband had fish, both delicious. would definitely recommend,
Don’t judge a book by its cover, inside was spotlessly clean and a nice sitting area outside, staff very friendly.

Booked a few tables at The Seagull for a buffet for a birthday party.
The staff were fantastic, the atmosphere relaxed and the food very nice.
The Seagull is well located with green space outside where kids can play safely.
Would recommend. 👍

Ultimate Chicken and Ultimate Beef burgers are delicious. AILSA the bar lady greeted us with a warm smile and was fantastic throughout. The bar/restaurant area is spotless. A great Welsh pub with tasty affordable menu.

Booked at short notice for a family birthday for over 20 people, the welcome and all food was amazing all meals came freshly cooked and hot , beef madras with a pint or 3 of Rev James made my evening and not one complaint from my party, shall visit more often. Brilliant well trained staff could not do enough too help.

Such a shame, booked our annual Christmas meal here today, had to wait nearly 2 hours for our main course, there was also a craft fair there, which we weren't informed about when making the booking. The food was all overdone, burnt and hard. My salad was well past its sell by date, my husband ordered the festive pie which was dry and came with very lumpy gravy and a black burnt pig in blanket, that what we thought it was but was not sure! The staff were lovely though.

Pleasant local pub, but last twice visited, waited over an hour for our food.. Cheap cheerful meals , but last one consisted of overcooked “steak” pie which contained mostly gristle , inedible , portions drastically reduced too. Staff apologetic and had free tea / coffee , but not a good Sunday lunch experience .

We had the Christmas lunch for three the other day and the food was really good especially for pub food. It was from the special Christmas menu. The Service was fast, friendly and cheerful.

Beautiful interior and a nice outdoor seating area, has darts and pool and excellent food, brilliant service, beers and ales come from nice clean pipes with an excellent selection of spirits and decent wine choices, couldn’t ask for more, a classic local pub.
