As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a locals pub. As guests though, we were made to feel welcome by both the regular customers and staff alike. However, there wasn’t any other guests in the pub at all. We didn’t eat here as the restaurant appeared empty. All in all, a nice pub.

Disgusting lasagna complimented with attitude from the manager when I complained. They tried to argue that there was plenty of meat under the block of clodded cheese they presented. My mother's steak was like shoe leather. Wish we hadn't chosen this venue for her 70th birthday.

We went on a Friday night for a meal in the restaurant. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and seated right away. We were asked for our drinks a few minutes later and given adequate time to examine the menu and specials. The menu has lots of options although I can't remember what options were available for gluten free or vegan. Food and drinks arrived in good time despite it being busy. I had the all day breakfast and was very impressed with the portion size and quality. I would highly recommend this dish. Then for dessert I had the biscoff cheesecake. This is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be back there again to enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food 😋

Beautiful food, huge portions, great selection for veggies & vegans too. We just turned up without a booking asking for a table for 10 and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are staying at Trecco Bay as just a short walk.

Nice pub serving three real ales although two of them were nationals but Welsh pale ale was excellent.
Busy preparing for Halloween with all staff dressed appropriately and cobwebs everywhere!
Friendly staff and well worth a visit.

Booked a table for 10 to celebrate a family birthday, so had to order all food in advance. Almost no interaction from the staff when we arrived, and had to find our own reserved table. We weren't told whether drink orders would be taken at the table so, we went to the bar after waiting for around ten minutes. The first time we had interaction from the staff at the table was when the starters were brought, and when the main courses arrived after a long wait. The food was standard pub food. Not a very welcoming place, probably because we weren't from the area.
