It was quiet, clean, the woman behind the bar was really nice and friendly and cheerful.

The food was fantastic me and my dad had food here and I had the BBQ chicken burger with onion rings and it was some of the best damn food I've had on a long time, my dad had fish n' chips.

I've given 4* because food was served on a small chopping board and not a plate and we weren't offered it as a choice. This can be really pain in the butt.

VERY clean pub with slightly different but well-thought-out decor. The toilets were spotless - never seen such clean loos in a pub before. They serve straightforward, standard pub food that's well presented and very reasonably-priced. They seem to specialise in hamburgers and hot dogs. We had two of the latter (mine was a chilli, as you can see) and they arrived quickly and were very satisfying. Washed down with a decent pint it all made for a very pleasant evening.

I popped in halfway through my walk today much in need of some refreshment. A warm welcome to a smart pub was received. The Guinness was excellent and good value compared to back home. Also had some loaded nacho chips which were very tasty.

What an absolute gem! Rory and his team are fantastic. We had booked a family meal yesterday for 26 of us and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The meals were fantastic, I definitely recommend The Grinch burger! Bringing out 26 meals together is a hard task but the

Lovely Welcome, Clean and Tidy Pub with plenty of space - was made to feel comfortable by staff who were friendly and accomodating to my needs - good range of food and drinks on offer also prices reasonable - charging points available - toilets available and TV's available for entertainment - I will return when I'm back in Builth

Called in for a meal and a drink on a long journey. Great place, well decorated modernised interior for an old building, menu specialised in burgers, good atmosphere and happy with our meals.
One to remember for next time we are passing.
