4/10/22 Sunday lunch.
I have to say I'm giving a 5⭐ due to the service we had! We had waitress named Bethan and she was fantastic. So upbeat, friendly and just lovely. She gave amazing customer service and even went to find a box for us to take my youngest food home as he only ate 3 peas when we were there..
Food was lovely the only thing was I did need a steak knife to cut the beef in our beef dinner..

Food took an hour to arrive and staff blamed it on being sat outside so no table service (even tho they brought the food out) which meant plates were not collect and mains not brought out, poor excuse! Then lied too saying food was being plated up (after an hour) but still took 15 mins to come. To answer the reply below, it was not busy! Staff were too interested in their phones and standing around rather than checking on customers.
The food (I will add) was lovely when it came!

We went here for the first time and had the most amazing experience. We were served by Scott who was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The garlic pizza bread starter was the best we have ever tasted. The mains were succulent and amazing flavour and fresh. Truly the most amazing meal and service is top notch. Cannot rate highly enough. Well done. Top class

We popped in today and I have to say what a wonderful restaurant this is.
The Staff are so welcoming and friendly even lent me a lighter for my dads cigarette.
The food was amazing, best gluten free burger meal ever.
Please don't drive past, call in, you won't be disappointed. 10 stars not 5

Service was good and fairly quick. Food was good and I liked having so many options with ordering. I was a bit disappointed that I ordered extra onion rings and paid £1.45 for only 3 onion rings. Other than that, it was very good.

Had the festive burger, it was lovely. Pub was nice and warm, and service was great.

Had a lovely meal this afternoon, with my husband and son. Food choice was good and catered well for a Vegatarian. Service from Talia was excellent. Really friendly, extremely helpful and so pleasant when serving us. Thank you ☺️service like is the reason we return to the Clockwork

We went for breakfast with Santa and can’t fault them at all…. My little girl was very pleased with the gingerbread men ready to be decorated… colouring in Santa list and the food was excellent. Lots of choice if you wanted extras… the grotto was lovely and private for the children to be able to be one to one with him… just wished I could have stayed for the hot mulled wine 🍷🎅🏻🎄
