Front end staff were excellent (especially the guy with the cool tattoos!); never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience despite how busy and short staffed they were. And we loved the takeaway pizza. Will definitely recommend this place!

Good place for a beer close to the beach. Didn't try the food but it looked good. Plenty of staff so fast service. Just next door to the Caravan Club site.

We have had a lovely week in Freshwater East and eating most days at Jack's. The food was good and the staff were just the best. Other eateries should send their staff to see how it should be done. Thank you all for a wonderful week with love and hugs from Jacky Max and Ted 🐾🐾

This is a lovely place. We were staying on site in one of the chalets so it was within a couple of minutes walking distance. It is popular and we had to book in advance for evening meals.
It's ideal to visit during the day for a drink and there's nice seating areas outside too.
The food was average. Like most establishments they appeared short staffed so service was a little slow, but we weren't in a rush. The menu is standard. Typical pub food and a pizza menu.
Pizzas can be bought to take away.
Clean and tidy. The kids can buy ice creams during the day.
Plenty of parking and two minutes walk from the beach.

Had a fabulous lunch yesterday with my family party of 6. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff were friendly and super helpful. I had the open steak sandwich with chips, which was lush, all washed down with a pint of Double Dragon. Would definitely eat and drink here again.

What a lovely team and lovely chilled out atmosphere!!! My grandparents have a huge white Maremma dog called Chance so we are limited to the places we can go with him. The staff here welcomed us to sit in the back and Chance was given a few free biscuits. They took our order at the table and were very dog friendly!!

We had the soup of the day with cheese toastie (nan loved this), sides of both cheesy and cheeseless chips (lovely big portions and big chunky chips), tots for grandad who has a huge appetite and was full again said was delicious. Mum and I had the pulled pork which was filling and delicious 😋

We all wanted cake but we were too full... cappuccino was lovely and my hot chocolate was so chocolatley.

The staff here could not do enough for you and the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit or two. It is right next to the beach which is helpful as there aren't any shops or cafes there.

Lovely welcoming staff and good atmosphere, tasty food and they also do really nice coffee all at reasonable prices.
We've visited several times during our holiday and we always had a great time, we went a couple of times for breakfast and ejoyed the pancakes, had pizza for dinner there and also got takeaway coffee. Dog and family friendly place with lovely staff in a beautiful location - highly recommended!
