The White Horse Inn

Lovely pub and restaurant in a lovely village. Catherine is a great host. She deserves this to be success and I hope the people of the village can support The White Horse.

An excellent place, and well worth a detour. Can store bikes down the side passage. A stupendous, well prepared roast which was delicious and great value - compliments to the chef. The staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting here again.

Absolutely superb, proper pub. Great range of drinks on draught and some great gin. New menu is fantastic and great value, both the main menu and the theme nights. Sky Sports too! Owners are lovely and bar staff great. Go!

Lovely little village pub, roaring fires and friendly staff. Quick service and reasonably priced.

The meal was tasty an reasonably priced. My pint of Staropramen was amazing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable.
The other customers were friendly and chatty. Recommend for a lovely casual meal.

Visited today at lunchtime. Very impressive choice of menus. Fabulous refurbishment, much cosier but OMG the chairs are so uncomfortable. Hardwood seats and too tiny for most adult derrieres. Such a shame as the food, service and staff are great.

Superb service and food! Felt welcome and looked after. We had Mexican and vegan burgers plus descent pint of Guinness - I recommend. Next time we need to try desserts 😁
