Celebrated an event here and all of our guests were blown away by the food, it was to such a high standard! I love the location, it's a classic beautiful country pub and the staff are so welcoming and warm. We also stayed in one of the rooms, very quiet, cosy, and comfy bed! Also appreciate the flexible timing of breakfast, which was scrummy x

The staff was lovely. Breakfast was delish and dinner both nights was magic. Very affordable and a simply delightful place to stay during a brief business trip.

Staff are wonderful and so welcoming, couldn't do enough for us. I suggest you definitely eat here as the food is amazing (book a table). Rooms have everything you need. Highly recommend a stay here, we would use again.

This pub/restaurant is lovely and cosy with a good atmosphere. The food is excellent & tasted delicious & is reasonably priced. The landlord is welcoming & chatty with a good knowledge of walks in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. 😃👍
