Brilliant pub. Fantastic food and wonderful landlord and lady. Very welcoming and perfect after a hard day at the bike parks or hiking. Best pub in the area.

Everything a great pub should be. Character, great food (the burgers, both chicken and beef, were incredible!), and a very welcoming landlord and lady. Far too reasonably priced given the quality. This is a proper pub and I wish it was my local!

Such a lovely little pub. Food was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. Our car broke down after we had dinner and the staff were so kind in looking after us and making sure everything was okay. Really worth a visit.

Wonderful little village pub. Delicious home cooked local food, had the gammon and it tasted beautiful. Generous portions and good prices too. A wonderful find a few minutes down the road from where I’m staying on holiday! The owners are super friendly too giving you their full attention and table service. Top marks from me!

Enjoyable evening good food, Ken and Susan we perfect hosts. We were a large party of 14 and nothing was too much trouble.

We visited here 25/01/23. A lovely welcome when we arrived. Had a fabulous steak pie and chips and burger. Very nice beer as well. If you’re ever in the area, pay a visit. You won’t be disappointed.
