Went to see Michelle with a knee injury not only has she fixed me she has given me advice on strength training I should be doing to help with my running.Also she has done a gait analysis on me to show me how I’m landing and how to improve it.Overall I’ve found Michelle to be very knowledgeable,professional and would highly recommend her.
