I've trained in a lot of gyms, and this is an excellent set up. It offers a superb weights section and a very good range of cardo machines. This is a new gym so all the kit is new and tidy.

The users are friendly and the staff offer great nutrition and training advice. The staff are experienced instructors and have experience competing.

I haven't tried the classes so I cannot comment on these.

I highly recommend this gym.

I'm 52, and I've spent 30 years not doing a lot (any) exercise and trying to lose weight by dieting... cutting calories. I started at Body Culture mid January, was nervous about starting but I needed to make a change.

I did the Induction where I talked to Luke about my goals. I want to get fit, lose weight and get my strength back. Luke reviewed my diet and made several changes, none of them difficult, he increased, yes increased, how much I ate and more importantly what to eat and he gave me a tailored training programme to suit my needs.

Fast forward 6 weeks and I've lost weight, though now not bothered about that too much as my fitness and strength is so much better now its scary. Another big change is I eat better than ever, and feel better than I did in my 30s or 40s, how is that possible after just 6 weeks?

One thing I wasn't expecting at all was how much better mentally I feel, its destressed me, my mood is so much better I'm happier and more centered, my only regret is I wish I knew all this 30 years ago.

They're not just a Gym, they really want to help you make positive, long term changes that are sustainable. I keep saying it's like magic, cause as daft as it sounds that's how I feel 👍

Did the 10 week challenge and it was the best thing I could have done! Luke is really knowledgeable, supportive and honest. Great team, tons of support and really passionate coaches. Highly recommend BC and any of their coaching plans.

After a turbulent and emotional 2 years, my weight had sky rocketed and my motivation and confidence was at Rock Bottom. A friend of mine had previously done one of the 10 Week Challenges and she completely raved about it. I finally plucked up the courage and joined the 10 Week Challenge at the start of June, and its one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The coaching, nutrional information, and the excercise plan that Luke gave me was amazing, and even though I have now finished my challenge, I have learnt so much from Luke that I am confident that not only will I be able to continue on my own, but that I will also continue to lose weight and get back to a good healthy weight.

I can't recommend these guys enough, and the support you get from Luke and Lauren was amazing! Not once was I made to feel stupid, when asking a question, Luke was always contactable, and was even still doing our check-in's while he was on holiday!!.

The passion and support he has for his clients is outstanding and I for one will certainly reccomend his 10 week challenge to my friends.

Thank you Luke, Lauren and all the Body Culture Team... you are amazing!

One of the best gyms I've been too. Normally I hate gyms feel anxious about going in. But this place is great everyone is helpful and is friendly. I love that it has little scan codes on the equipment that shows you how to do exercises for each machine (stops me from feeling stupid on the equipment). I've recently completed the 10 week challenge and what a challenge it was. But what great results I had in just 10 short weeks and the best part is that they to a continuance plan after so you don't pile all the weight back on. Never seen this at a gym before. Nutritional education is there main priority to teach which is very refreshing.

Body culture is the gym to go to if you want a friendly helpful team to guide you through your training journey. It’s like one big happy family. The knowledge and expertise is amazing 🤩

For anybody who is looking to switch gyms or start a new gym in the Chorley area, I would highly recommend joining this one.
Absolutely superb set of equipment for whatever your goal. Welcoming and motivating atmosphere and a fully stocked fridge and supplement bar for your post and pre snacks.
