Great staff so helpful huge variety of machines also has free weights no matter what kind of training you want to do you will find it here at absolute fitness. You can also book personal training 1-1 sessions here too, in my opinion the best gym in the ribble valley.

An hours PT with Colin today, what a great instructor and motivator and the gym is amazing, not only everything you could possibly want but a genuinely friendly and welcoming feel, both those working there and clients. We are just in the area on holiday and Colin was kind enough to see two complete wierdo strangers and well and truly put us through our paces, scaled perfectly to our abilities. Would very much recommend!

Brilliant Gym, Colin is always helpfull and knowledgeable. All the receptionists are amazing and cant do enough for you. Weekly deals etc. Greet atmosphere. Would recommend
