We stayed two night’s in the Pendelum suite and it was beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated and was very big. The bathroom was also the same. The view was even better than I imagined it would be. The staff were amazing. So polite and so accommodating, a special thank you to Amy who greeted us with a big smile on Christmas eve right up until we checked out on Boxing Day. Shannon who served us at breakfast on Christmas day was also so so lovely and if I’m honest I’ve not come across such a dedicated and happy team at a hotel before. Hats off to everyone. The hotel is spotless , so clean and spacious. The gardens are also beautiful...it’s safe to say that we will definitely be coming back! The breakfast is also amazing, great spread and variation both healthy and gluttenous haha!

Popped in the lounge for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Food was lovely and friendly staff. Would be 5* but coffee machine wasn't working and that meant we couldn't have any hot drinks which was strange as I'm sure they could find a kettle from somewhere. Maybe I'm being picky due to lack of sleep as its not a big deal though.. I'd highly recommend you go here. Was fairly busy for Thursday lunchtime too.

Great gym ,friendly staff ,excellent facilities .Some new construction going on at the moment. Gym is great as it is ,so it can only get better !

Would have been 5 stars but little things spoiled our experience,although food was lovely presented and served well waitresses so polite but wouldn't go back unless a different time

Nice food, lovely service. Ordered the burger 🍔 peppercorn sauce was amazing. Glass of wine Saturday afternoon bliss . Play area outside for children
