Best gym around. Must go visit even if its too far for you to join. The equipment, the vibe is excellent. You will realise you wont even need your headphones because the music is really good too. They have food and supps. Good to go 💪🏽

OMG. Such a great gym. They let me try out some of the equipment. I loved it. Had a milkshake and a meal after, even got some professional help finding a good pre-workout. Very friendly staff and people in there are also. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Such a shame, looks like an amazing gym. My wife and I are relocating to Watford. I myself am transitioning and sent an email asking if it was a friendly welcoming gym (as we all know there’s a lot of hate out there). No reply to the email. Called up to book in a viewing and ask about my email. Was told ‘haven’t seen an email’ but no pry into why they haven’t. Was asked what facilities I was searching for and then was told quite abruptly ‘everyone here is serious and counts their macros, even the women compete’.
Firstly I don’t understand why other peoples dietary restrictions impact my workout. Secondly why was the ‘seriousness’ of my workout measured by that.
As soon as I got off the phone my wife said she hasn’t enjoyed that conversation and instantly felt like it was said to put people off.
Such a shame that wording and lack of picking up an email makes this place seem really exclusionary.

Great Gym and vibes, easily one of the best gyms arounds. Amit a staff member there is extreme great at his job and customer services always working hard and a friendly guy.

Great gym, everyone in there staff and community alike are really nice would 100% recommend.

The kit is really good not much else you could really ask for

I absolutely love this place! Not only do they have the best equipment to use, it’s the atmosphere, the people, the music, the staff, it’s just everything that makes it the place to go and get pumped!

Although small, it's a great gym with amazing equipment and good vibes. I love how everyone respects each other including putting the weights away after they are done... Very rare to find. I feel like the owners are always trying to improve it and be the best and its certainly one of the best gyms if I've been in. Can get a little busy at time so you just need to know the best times to go.

Only small improvement would be cleanliness, there's a cleaner who just seems to hoover and mop but not actually regulary clean the equipment properly too... Yes people should clean the equipment before and after they use it but this doesn't happen the majority of times
