David Lloyd Farnham

David Lloyd falsely advertises it's 14 day pass membership by showing a child jumping into an outdoor pool. You would therefore assume that you would have access to the pool. I tried to cancel my membership after 4 hours of booking it and they refused to give my money back. They are only interested in getting your money. I would expect better customer service from what I thought was a reputable gym!

Had a spa day here with a friend for her birthday. Great facility, indoor warm pools, adults only outside pool with therapy jets, steam rooms, large sauna, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, relation areas, hot beds, etc. Helpful staff. I had a great treatment, and a very nice lunch too

I had one of the most stressful day in my life in here!
I’d never recommend this club to anyone.
All facilities are nice but mostly not clean!
Staff attitude is definitely a deal breaker.
I wouldn’t pay £179 per month for people being rude to me!
Sorry but would not use David Lloyd again!

The spa here is fabulous. The facilities are amazing. The selection of experiences is on its own top level. The staff are all very helpful. The cold plunge pool was probably my favourite…

One of the cleanest David Lloyd Gyms I have visited. The pool was very very clean. Will definitely visit again!

The pumpkin spice lattes are better than start bucks! Staff are so lovely ! Very attentive ❤️ The spa is stunning and the gym is so nice and well Air coned. Thankyou all @ David Lloyd your the best x

Not worth the huge amount of money they charge.

It’s nice. Gym and spa is nice but again, not worth that amount of money. Changing facilities and showers are poor and that of a £20pm gym.

Terrible customer service, been a member for nearly a year, have tried to cancel due to problems at home, wouldn’t let me have requested a phone call over 5 times through my app have not had a single call to make changes to my membership as paying £180 a month for something I cannot use any longer, they wouldn’t let me cancel or reduce my membership, gyms all jam packed unless you go at 9.30 at night, Iv clearly stated I’m unhappy with the membership and have just been ignored.

£2160 for a year! And couldn’t even get a little help when needed!

And in the summer time all you can smell is sewage so you wouldn’t want to use the outdoor facility anyway due to sewers being across the road.

There’s plenty more I could complain about,

Save your money and go elsewhere!
Would not recommend at all.
