EveryBody Fit’s fuller figured 6 week challenge has changed my life. This programme is about so much more than just losing weight. It’s a lifestyle change, and it’s taught me to lead a healthier lifestyle and still be happy.

I loved the smaller group classes as it helped me gain confidence in the gym, everyone on the programme was so supportive and encouraging.

I have really learnt to enjoy exercise, until I started the programme I had never been able to uphold an exercise routine for longer than 1-2 months. Following on from the programme, 1 year later, I am still attending classes at EveryBody Fit at least 3 times per week.

My 2 stone weight loss was a huge bonus to me, I felt like I’d achieved so much before I even had my final weigh in.

Thank you EveryBody Fit! I can’t wait to see what else I can achieve with your continued help and support.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at EveryBody Fit.

The trainers are always so welcoming, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community they have built at the gym is amazing and makes it a pleasure to workout there.

Great facilities, wide variety of classes and open gym slots which is great to fit in around your day, and personal training if you want that 1:1 focus.

Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out!

I joined the fuller figure fitness programme after winning it in a competition! I’ve always been nervous about joining gyms or going to classes as I’ve always felt like I don’t have a clue what I’m doing, which usually leads to me quitting! But as I won it, I took it as a sign that I had to go and I’m so glad I did! I could not recommend the programme or the overall gym more.

Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and supportive and really has your best interest in heart. All the instructors are amazing and are always there to assist or help if you’re struggling. They get to know you and what you can/cannot do, which for me having a bad back has been a life saver as they’ve known when to tell me to take it easy or stop.

The classes on the fuller figured fitness were well structured and small groups which I loved. You don’t feel judged or that you’re doing something wrong and if you do seem to be doing something not right, an instructor or other people doing the class are there to help straightaway. It’s just so supportive and a great atmosphere! You walk away feeling amazing and proud of yourself every time. On days where I couldn’t attend, the at home workouts were easily accessible and easy to follow which were very handy also.

After completing the 6 week course, I have now joined the gym on a monthly basis and attend the classes weekly. I never dread going or feel like it’s a chore, I genuinely look forward to it which I’ve never done in the past.

If you’re looking for a welcoming gym with supportive instructors and other gym goers, I highly highly recommend joining ♥️

The Fuller Figured 6 week challenge has been a game-changer for me. The encouragement received from the Trainers and the other members of the gym really keeps me going and makes me feel good about myself. The groups are small and there’s absolutely no judgement from anybody else there which means I’m comfortable and look forward to going on my own which I’ve never felt at any other gym.

It’s easy to stay motivated because the variety of classes is brilliant and the class times work well for me. As I’ve become fitter and stronger, the workouts have adapted to that, making it more challenging as the weeks pass and I’m amazed at how much more I can do since the start of the course. The help and advice on nutrition which is offered throughout the course has made me so much more mindful of what I’m eating and so much more aware of what my body needs.

The combination of the classes and the nutritional advice have played a significant part in my 4st weight loss and I feel better than I’ve ever felt. The biggest benefit I’ve seen from the course, aside from feeling so much better about myself, is that the worst symptoms of my PCOS which I’ve suffered with for years have been reversed and this is something that I’ve never been able to do previously.

Exactly what I needed! I am 63, hate any kind of keep fit but am aware how important it is. 2 years ago I resolved to join a gym and - although I still hate exercise LOL - I keep attending because Sally and Cheryl exude enthusiasm; they are so motivating and the types and length of classes fit my schedule perfectly. I loved how they adapted during COVID to going online (which still suits my work hours now) and offer a variety of options. I appreciate how they offer different choices for different levels of strength and experience and how they always notice and mention you by name to encourage everyone during the sessions. If you are unsure about joining - don't be! I guarantee you won't regret it- and will feel fitter and more cheerful!

Is a great place if you want to get back in shape. The instructors just have your best interest at heart. What is great for me it’s all class based and small groups everybody fit is more like a family than a group of people attending a gym.
What’s also good it caters for all age groups and all levels.
The classes are fun and interactive my favourites are Hatton Boxing and circuits. Sally Cheryl and Lucy adapt the class to fit in with your level of fitness.
And what makes it extra special your a name and they all know your name.
If your looking for a gym fitness centre that works around helping all age groups to get fit then id recommend everybody fit.
If you need a Pt they run 1 to 1 lessons
If you want to lose weight and need a structured diet they have programs for that to.
If you have an injury Holly is on site . My daughter charlotte had a bad back and Holly soon sorted her out .

I first went to Everybody Fit 5 years ago to the day (2017) we were made to feel welcome immediately. At the time I was very unfit and my health was deteriorating, I joined to improve my health and fitness but got much more, as the time went on and I attended classes my health improved and I lost weight, the trainers and members were so encouraging it made me want to do better for myself, 18 months later and I had lost 6 stone, my health had improved, I felt great and I had gained an entirely new family, my fit family, the classes are great, never boring and the trainers will adapt exercises to meet your needs, the atmosphere is like no other gym, everyone is so nice it makes you want to go back for more!!!

I joined Everybody Fit a few months ago on the 6 week challenge.
I am 60 years old and wanted to do something for ME.
I was feeling tired, lethargic, I had no energy.
I had put weight on going through the menopause and I just felt OLD.
Then I joined this amazing community.
From the minute I walked in I was made very welcome.
There are no mirrors here. They are more interested in your physical and mental wellbeing.
Don't get me wrong its not easy. Its hard work but fun too.
The coaches are fantastic. They are always by your side watching you develop and making sure you are doing the right thing.
I have lost over 20lb in weight. I feel healthier, fitter and happier.
This place is more like a family. Everyone is very friendly and motivate you when you feel you can't achieve what you want.
Its the best thing I have ever done.
If you are sitting on the fence saying shall I? Just do it, you won't regret it.
