Now under new ownership and called Southern Strength UK. Very friendly back street gym. Not corporate and all the better for it.

Just to let everyone know we are now open 7 days a week !!! 7am until 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am until 2pm Saturdays, and 8am until 12pm Sundays
