Adam is a fantastic trainer, I do both personal training with him and take part in his classes. Joining Skell was the best decision I have made this year, such a friendly atmosphere with the classes, other members are more than happy to help if its your first time at a class. The personal training is varied each week and tailored to you as an individual. 5 starts from me :-)

A friendly and personable gym that will give you the support and motivation needed to help you achieve a stronger and healthier body!

Adam keeps the facilities in tip top condition, and the small group circuit-style work out sessions mean you have the space to train and the coach's attention when you need it.

Lovely group of members (of all shape, sizes and abilities) who respect and motivate each other on. A great place to train for 'real people' who want to feel comfortable whilst working out and who will get the support they need to take their fitness to the next level - but more importantly, at a pace that suits them!

I have recently changed gyms and moved over to Skell Fitness and I must say I am thoroughly enjoying it. Not only does Adam guide you to push yourself and your strengths but he also has so much time for each individual that attends. It’s such a friendly atmosphere, you are made to feel a valued member and the support is endless.

Skell Fitness is amazing.
Adam is such a knowledgeable personal trainer. He’s also extremely friendly and puts you at ease instantly.
He wants you to do well. Achieve your goals and have fun. This is all done in a friendly professional way.
Everyone’s individual fitness levels and personal goals are catered for.
Can’t fault. So glad I found Skell fitness.
Gyms can be a total nightmare to get your head around. Also if you’re lacking in confidence it can be scary. Intimidating even.
The fitness industry needs more places like Skell fitness.
You won’t regret joining.
I am so excited with my fitness journey and the support of Adam at Skell fitness looking forward to my next session.

I have been a member of Skell fitness for the last 6 months. Over that time I have felt a great improvement in my overall fitness level. The programme at Skell Fitness is always extremely varied and there is always a good range of exercises. Coach Adam creates challenging programmes which are easily adaptable to meet everyone’s training needs. The facilities in the gym are second to none with a huge amount of equipment to choose from, and it is always immaculately clean. Coach Adam has fantastic knowledge about health, general exercise and movement, and is always happy to give advice on how to improve. The thing I enjoy the most about Skell Fitness in the community within it. Everyone who goes to the gym are always welcoming, especially to new members, and push each in every session to reach their goals 👍

Fantastic gym. Friendly and super knowledgeable coach who is focused on making sure that you reach your fullest potential. Whatever your age,size,shape or level of fitness,you will never feel out of place. Everyone who attends is so friendly,there is a great atmosphere. And all equipment is updated regularly. A great gym.

Great facilities with really nice people, the small groups really work for me as you get motivation from the other members but also personal attention from your coach. I’ve tried personal training before at the big gyms with a big price tag but it felt quite isolated and lonely where as these small groups are fun, friendly & energetic, I burn more calories in them then I did training one to one.

If you think the gym is not the place for you, think again, everyone I’ve met is a normal human being, no powders, no supplements, just people who work hard in their day to day life, have a social life, eat normal food, drink wine but like to keep active.

It’s the gym for normal people 💪🏋️‍♀️🤸

I have been with Adam for over 4 years now, I can't explain what he and the gym has done for me. I'm the fittest I have ever been and Adam will push me to make sure I can achieve what I want.
This place has changed my life for all the right reasons, I have made some friends for life....
Adam is amazing at what he does, he supportive and encouraging all the way.....can't recommend Adam enough.....
