As a 53 year old I have tried many gyms and diet plans but have found Beyond Fitness just what I needed! I started in the six week challenge and lost 1 stone and lots of inches. I find Rem the most amazing personal trainer - pushing me hard to achieve my goals but never pushing me too far!! During the six week challenge I had the full support of Rem and Sam as my accountability coach. The gym has a friendly atmosphere which is important to me as I didn’t want to feel intimidated. Classes run at convenient times especially in the evenings after work. Not only have I had full support in the gym but also great help with a nutrition plan. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to friends and family

I joined Beyond Fitness to get strong, and to recover from knee surgery and a shoulder injury. Rem and Laura have helped me over the last two months achieve more than I thought I could. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and welcoming. The group sessions are small enough to feel personal and yet much more fun as everyone is there to feel good about themselves and encourage each other. I’d recommend Beyond Fitness to anyone who needs a helping hand to achieve their fitness goals.

I signed up to the Beyond Fitness 6 Week Challenge back in October and loved coming to the classes so much, I’ve stayed on as a member.

I’ve never enjoyed going to your average gym, hated every minute waiting for a machine and then not knowing how to use it 100% correctly, worrying I looked silly. I never felt that I truly worked hard under my own steam and never went home as happy and as proud as I do after my classes at Beyond Fitness.

Upbeat, energetic, motivating, happy and inspiring - I love every class at Beyond Fitness with Rem, Laura and the other awesome members. You get all the focus you need to complete every circuit correctly and to the best of your ability, feeling an improvement every week as you push to try harder.

I can’t recommend the 6 Week Challenge and ongoing membership at Beyond Fitness enough. I’ve completely changed my outlook on what it means to be fit and eat healthily - I don’t recognise myself! Thank you!!

The Beyond Fitness 6-week Fitness and Nutrition programme gave me obvious and measured results. Rem and Laura are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun coaches that always know how to get the most from their clients. The group sessions are small and personalised, and populated by great people with whom to share the journey. I signed up to continue three sessions a week as soon as I finished the programme, I am feeling strong and full of energy, and would absolutely recommend Beyond Fitness.

I joined Rem and Laura for the six week body challenge. For me it wasn't so much about weight loss but gaining back strength and confidence.
Honestly I normally loathe the gym (and still moan) but this is different, classes are small and controlled. Rem and Laura know their stuff and the atmosphere is great.
People all at different stages of fitness and weight are totally non judgemental and really supportive. As like many others I have signed on again. If you're wavering, just try the six week challenge, what have you got to loose except weight?

I joined the Beyond Fitness 6 week body transformation programme. It was amazing. The results I achieved were terrific. 1st 2lbs weight loss, 30cm lost in total, 10cm around my waist. My clothes fit, I have energy and generally feel so much more positive about myself. I’d highly recommend Beyond Fitness. It’s fun, varied and Remmy and Laura are terrific and motivating trainers too!

After struggling to lose the weight I had gained during my pregnancy and after having my son, I decided to sign up with Beyond Fitness and take on their 6 week challenge and it hasn’t disappointed.
I lost 14.5lbs and 40cm. I have gone from feeling constantly exhausted, feeling bloated, sluggish and frumpy, to full of energy again. I’m out of my maternity clothes (at last) and just feel fitter and healthier all round.
Rem and Laura are fantastic PT’s, who give constant support and encouragement. They make every session enjoyable, even when it’s hard.
I enjoyed my 6 week challenge so much that I have continued on as a member. I love the friendly environment and non-judgemental people and the small groups make it less intimidating for me than a mainstream gym.

I started with the 6 week challenge at Beyond Fitness in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle, increase my strength and generally tone up.
What I achieved with Rem’s help was far more than this!
Using weights and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises which I would never have attempted on my own at a commercial gym.
Rem is able to recognise your strength within a few sessions and tailor each workout to your ability, I have learnt so much from him, he is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. His tips on nutrition are excellent and his dedication is clear.
The speciality of beyond fitness gym is that u have a PT by your side throughout the training sessions giving you confidence when using equipment and performing all exercises correctly.
The atmosphere is relaxed and your training with a good bunch of like minded people.
Rem is energetic, fun, committed and inspirational and I can’t recommend him enough!
