Lovely gentleman who was vacuuming the corridor was very happy stopped to say hello very welcoming asking how I was and how my day was going .
Gym staff are also very happy and fun to be around always happy to help 😊 Debbie does an amazing job the spa looks spotless and Louise team are great x

Awful unwelcoming staff could not be bothered customer service what customer service staff ripped uniforms scruffy which was a shame as the hotel it self was very clean staff should do a customer service course did not feel welcome hence 1 stars and will not be using again
