IDYoga is great! I have been to a few other yoga classes before and none of them compare to Isabel's. It is a great place to practice yoga and with each class having a different focus each week keeps it interesting, learning new positions and each time you come away feeling great! The studio space is gorgeous and it truly makes for an enjoyable experience.
