Tried an adult class (absolute beginner with bad joints and next to no bendiness!) and Becky was great, made me feel relaxed and pointed me towards a few things to practice on at home. Inspirational to see other class members bounding around everywhere rather than intimidating as everyone was very welcoming. Well worth the money.
