This is the best gym that I have ever been a member, hands down!

I, myself am a weightlifter that competes in the traditional Olympic lifts and this facility is the best place around for me to train, whilst this is not the case for all members the equipment available as well as the knowledge provided by the owner, Tom, is top notch.

Something that I never really considered when joining a gym was the atmosphere which at Upgraded Fitness is unlike any other gym I have ever been to, all the members there are friendly and happy to help out if you need a hand with anything. For me training at Upgraded Fitness has become as much a social activity as it has about training, join today, you won't regret it!

Lovely gym with everything laid out well. Lots of free weights and dumbbells. Staff are super friendly. Full functional, lifting and circuit space. Lovely to see such a busy mixed circuit too.
Updated. I'd have given 5 stars but for the layout of the free weights section. It is too close for my liking and when I used it other gym members where squeezing past my bar as i was lifting. Simply move them back to the wall and the dumbbell rack in their place and it'd be much safer. May loose some thoroughfare in the middle but saves issues. Still love the place.

I joined Fitness Worx as a member five months ago now and I'm absolutely loving it. There is such a friendly atmosphere and Matt (my PT) is always around and more than happy to chat things through and actually wants you to succeed!

The group classes are just great. We do a wide range of exercises, using a variety of equipment. Kettle bells, Dumpbells, ski erg, treadmill, leg press, squat rack, bench press, tyres, boxing gear, wall balls, foam rollers the list goes on...

The group have such a laugh with everyone encouraging you to do well. You also get a really good workout and I honestly can't believe the results I've seen so far. Body fat down, muscle mass up and personal bests I never ever thought I'd get!!

For the monthly gym membership cost you get alot for your money being able to use all three gyms in the local area. You also get a great service from all the team to help you on your personal journey.

I would highly recommmend this gym to anyone.

The Best Gym Ever!
I have been a member there for years and it's the most friendly atmosphere I have ever trained at. Matt runs the place, is extremely knowledgeable and most helpfull for everyone .....at every level. The gym floor is always immaculately clean and there are no idiots that would make anyone feel uncomfortable. They run classes also that are well attended, have social evenings, free parking and I am not forced into a year long contract either! I have 30 years of training experience , been to gyms all around the world, so I feel qualified to give this postive feedback. You cant go wrong at Warwick Fitness Worx and have access to there other gyms too!

This is a superb gym facility, affordable, immaculately clean, it's never too busy and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
The classes are fun and I have experienced both Matt and Liam's Personal Training and they are worth every penny for the extra focus and personalised approach.
They organise great socials from climbing Snowdon to a fun night out on the town..it's a great way to meet new people that are down to earth and 'normal'.

I also love that there's no joining fee/contract nonsense! Definitely give them a go if you're looking to upgrade your fitness.

I have been a member of Fitness Worx for many years.
My main site is Warwick but I have used Kenilworth in the past and occasionally use Southam, this alone adds flexibility to my membership.

I find all the gyms very welcoming and comfortable. You can join in with the classes, crack on with the gym or have personal training if you so wish.

I love that I never feel “sold” to, and they would never over sell PT sessions if not needed. I personally use the class facility more so than the gym.

I’m a women of 45 yrs and I honestly can’t recommend FWX Warwick enough.

If your nervous about walking into a gym (as they can get intimidating) then please don’t feel like that, give them a call they’d show you around l’’m sure give you a Free trial or set a program tailored to yourself. This isn’t a “pretty gym” so all shapes, sizes and fitness levels welcome.

(Gosh I sound like I work for them - I don’t I just really like the gym and staff)

Signed up to a free pass went in and for what would usually be a £39 membership that cost is not justifiable as another well know budget gym is much better and cheaper. This is like someones large garage with very limited warn out equipment. Nasty stench and smell wafting in from the toilets as you are on the exercise machines. I complained at the time by email but was only thanked for my feedback with no offer to make a change to this. Equipment blocking off the exit to one door not sure why thats a health and safety risk. Doors were patio door style door style and handle needed fixing. If this gym got extremely busy there is not enough equipment to use. Lockers are dusty and dirty cramped and not nice. I have to give honest feedback as I felt when I emailed in it was ignored. I think the warwick branch needs an external inspection really.
Feedback = improvements and change = customer satisfaction and retention.

Trying this gym forced me to adapt e.g. doing more bodyweight exercises; Not every piece of equipment you'd expect to have is here.

Not too busy most of the time. A small kitchen is available which is nice.

Parking can be difficult at times.

It makes sense that the membership gives access to other sites. Good for people who are active around warwickshire and aren't pinned to one area.
