Love this gym! They have very unique classes that you cant find in many other places like Calisthenics and Animal movement.

Inconsistent instructor quality. Some very poor and some much better hiring decisions.
Particularly yoga teachers are a hit & miss.
Some with an attitude, appear to be professional but imitate student responses, brings a lot of judgement to the class on their part rather than compassion, over-exhaust one side fist with one after another asana on different movement planes, leaving innocent yoga goers more prone to injury (that class or over time). Overall the classes are not good all-rounders and just creates imbalance in one’s body rather the effects of hot bliss.

I went to a sculpt class here, and the instructor was really poor - some of the instructions, especially for ab work, felt dangerous and very damaging to your lower back. She asked everyone to do leg raises at a really quick pace with ankle weights on, and I could see everyones backs jolting around painfully, as it was impossible to control the movement at that pace. I feel like it's common knowledge that ab work should be slow and controlled, especially if you're using a weight? She also screamed instructions so loudly throughout, which was completely unnecessary given there were so few of us. The whole class felt average, and the music was super quiet. It was really disappointing, especially given how expensive the studio is. There are some teachers here who are very good - so it's a shame they seem to be so hit and miss.

I visited the studio specifically to use up credits that were due to expire on ClassPass. Arrived early to sign in, however my place wasn’t confirmed on the app, and I couldn’t use my credits. Person on the desk was unhelpful and said it was an issue with ClassPass and he couldn’t do anything, so I had to pay an additional and expensive one-off charge while having 48 credits available to use. It’s a shame that if studios are selling spaces through ClassPass, they can’t work together to create a positive experience for their customers. The class was empty and I got there before it started so I don’t understand why something couldn’t be done.

I went to the Bloc Clapton Box 60 class on a Sunday morning 11.40am.
This was such a fun class and the instructor was really funny and enthusiastic.
I am very new to boxing but the instructor made me feel welcomed and taught us with a lot of patience! I will definitely be back again. :)

One of the best gyms, I mainly used to go there for yoga. The mats could be replaced, they lose their grip because of the cleaning products used. Sometimes classes are a bit packed. Love the showers, towel complimentary service and omg love the shower gel!!!

Great classes and space. I mainly go to yoga but have been to others too. There is so much choice and they happen all day long. Smoothies are great too 👌🏻
