Cartar is a quality PT and he is by far the best trainer I have ever had. I love my boxing training and he is a fantastic pad holder and very technical with his advice. I have also done a lot of fitness work with Kartar and his High Intensity Workouts are fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about training, diet and lifestyle and i couldn't recommend him highly enough - plus he is a good bloke too!

Great Coach! Caters to specific needs and understands how far he can push you! In my personal case after a shoulder injury, Carter really took care of how quickly i pushed myself with injury and helped strengthen my injury. Used him for Boxing, strength training and weight training. Best PT i have come across at affordable price!

I have been training with Carter for over a year now, in 1to1, 1to2 and group sessions and I always have so much fun, work harder than I ever would in a class or whilst training on my own and always feel amazing afterwards. He is such a great instructor who always knows just how much further to push you, but is always caring and cautious of any injuries or specific needs you may have as an individual. I see results after just a few sessions, both aesthetically and in my fitness. I really can't recommend him enough.

I have come along to a few of Carter's group sessions when there has been space and really enjoyed them. Carter is not pushy but encouraging and the sessions were fun as well as a well planned, hard workout. All the good aches after!

Carter was extremely helpful empathic and honest trainer who took time to understand my physical challenges and goals without judgement. Together with Antony I was pushed to work out in line with my goals, learn new exercises yet pair it back slightly when needed also. I recommend contacting Carter now if you want a fresh approach or to help get you back into the healthy body you are aiming for.

Top class PT. Sessions are well planned, challenging and varied. I would have no hesitation in recommending to people of all levels. Great nutritional advice too.

My husband and I have been training with Carter weekly for around 18 months. During that time, he has been fantastic in helping to us to get fitter and stronger. He’s encouraging without being domineering, but equally knows when to push you to do that little bit more. Would highly recommend.
