The coaches are so knowledgable and helpful, the space and equipment has recently been upgraded and what a treat they have for you. Really is a pleasure to train here. Do not look anywhere else for a gym!!

This place is terrible. Its costs £150 to join the gym, then when you join it costs £125 per month. For £125 per month you get to do 3 classes per week - but there are not that many classes - and the classes that ARE available are ALWAYS fully booked!! Therefore, you pay £125 per month to use a warehouse with some gym stuff in it. What are they thinking?!

Season 1 and 2 were good but not amazing. The characters were a bit 1 dimensional, specially the guy with the black dog that sounds like the Cookie Monster. Season 3 is SO GOOD. Jehn and Dale are a great addition to the cast and even though Jehn says mostly 'No' I can see an arc.

The cafe is overpriced. I had their last piece of banana bread. Little did I know, they sliced it in half to give me. Ended up with a very thin slice of bread. Tasty but very unfairly priced.

Super welcoming space.

I'm having PT sessions here with Leo. I absolutely love the space and the people. The owners are almost always around they're really friendly and kind.

Not that it really contributes to the quality of the space, but the gym dog, Ted is so lovely and cuddly; oh and so is Tilly.

The guy who runs this place is really lovely - unfortunately I decided on a different gym (got a deal at the old one), but this is the type of open plan gym I like.
