Anytime Fitness Lewisham

Poor communication from manager and quite rude on the phone when i wanted to cancel and get further information. Took over a month to respond to emails. Would not recommend this gym.
Positives: clean gym

I love this gym. One of the best gyms I have ever been in my life. It’s very clean, spacious and members are so kind. But what I like most is the new manager. She is very helpful and professional. I will be loyal to this gym as long as I live in Lewisham.

You can’t go wrong with joining this gym. Friendly staff, clean gym, great equipment. Weight training area is always available and it’s not crazy busy like other gyms. If you like your privacy like me I highly recommend this gym.

The new manager is great! She’s welcoming and always great everyone with a smile. I love the fact that they remembered my name from the get go! The gym itself is always clean, the equipment is high quality and the people look after it. Not too much wait to use the equipment as it’s never too busy. Reasonable price is a huge bonus!

While it hasn't been the best in the past, it's changed SO much and the new manager is amazing. She has such a wonderful and welcoming energy and the gym is fantastic. It's clean (so important to me!) and has everything you need. Please ignore any reviews from 2022, go there, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve gone to Third Space for years and have that as comparison point. And honestly, considering, how little I pay, I am really happy with Anytime Fitness! Which is why it has been my local gym for the past year. Always half empty, with lots of equipment and super friendly staff. Just changed management and the new manager is a godsend! Love her!
Have complained previously about cleanliness and was listened to. And generally have no issues.

If i could give zero stars i would, Manager tried to bully me and lied about cancelling my membership. There is no one further to complain too, the manager or company do not reply. Gym is nice but the managements behaviour, is not worth signing up for here. Did not return my £30 fob deposit either

I love Anytime fitness, latest equipment I can connect to my Apple Watch, super clean, QUIET! No queuing or waiting, excellent!
