Xercise4Less Hounslow Gym

Started off alright- 2 years back. This last year has been absolute JOKE!!! Let the pictures speak for themselves- current state of it. Oh also, when I took out membership, I signed up for £9.99 a month only recently to find out that they added £2 to each member WITHOUT our agreement. The best part, that is towards planned REFURBISHMENT of the gym! So we are basically being ripped off and will be sponsoring the refurb which is long over due.

It’s a good gym. It’s bigger than it
Looks, it has many classes with good trainers, I recommend the classes by Sunny especially. They also have a woman’s only section which I think it’s quite respectful towards our sisters, parking available, evening can be quite busy, toilet definitely needs some air freshener. The gym Can smell of old sweat unfortunately. As ventilation is poor.

Not allowed take bags with u anymore next to weight sections because I been told someone can take weights and gym equipments in their bags so they don’t trust their customers

Awful Awful Gym. Really fed up with how low of a standard it is considering the price went up to £20 a month now. Half of equipment don’t work even though they are on. Theres two leakages in the classes room which have buckets gathering the water, the treadmill machine so terrible it actually fractured my knee. Horrible dirty and disgusting gym. Feel I even caught a horrible cold there because they don’t know how to clean properly!! Do not recommend at all.

Extremely bad service been a member for over a year and don't receive any responses on time sent some emails to them could days ago still no response and it's urgent to me but not to them also emailed my gyms general manager no response aswell called the telephone number of the gym and it just keeps on ringing no one answers it it's shambolic service I've given them a one month notice already to cancel my membership so I will definitely not be using them from the next month onwards wanted to confirm whether I'm able to cancel my direct debit so I can save myself from wasting money but no response yet not happy at all!

Been in the gym after 6-7 weeks the revamp is quite impressive including the new kit...we'll done. Equipment has now been arranged to create more open space for more matt or weight free work. Still need to do some work on keeping more of the running machines in working order.

Amazing gym for the price, some great equipment that my other gyms don't have. Friendly staff and very clean.

Great no-frills fitness center, convenient walk from my hotel (Travelodge) and Hounslow Central train station. I was specifically looking for a gym with rowing machines. This place had four Concept2 Model D rowers with PM5 computer. Machines were all well maintained and functional. My visit was quick, just an hour on a Monday morning (7:30-8:30), and a day pass cost £10. Mens locker room clean. Large place overall with many machines and weights and floor area. Not too busy while I was there. I would definitely visit again.
