Nice and clean gym with all the essentials you need. It was pretty straight forward to purchase a day pass at the little kiosk just as you enter the main doors.

Awful customer service. Allowed me to join when the gym was closed down, not once did the website tell me this so I only found out when I had walked to the gym! Disgusting, won’t be renewing another month, waste of money!

Moved into the area recently so had to change my PureGym location as well. It was a pleasant change as the equipment is much newer, more modern and comfortable compared to the previous gym. There’s also plenty of space. No complaints so far.

Good gym for the money, clean and equipment is maintained. Has most of the stuff you need for lifting. Shame they haven't put any mirrors in front of the squat racks despite me asking a fair few times around 12 months ago, you just have to stare at a wall and imagine how your form looks

Has all the things you would expect from a basic workout gym. Is very popular but is also a really small unit, so sometimes is a bit loud and cramped. That said it's a 24 hr gym, so you can pick your times around that.

Good equipment, lots of classes and 24/7 access.
Staff always helpful and friendly.

[UPDATE] I wrote the following review 6 months ago and they've done nothing to improve. The following still holds true:
This company allows people to fraudulently use email addresses that belong to other people and does not honor the following: 1. Requests to unsubscribe from their newsletter. 2. Requests to report the member using a fraudulent address. 3. Requests to not contact the recipient again regarding surveys and reviews. 4. Probably letting a robot handle all of their communications and not being attentive when someone raises these blatant privacy violations.
I really have no idea if this is a good gym or not or if the staff are qualified or not because I live 5600km away across the pond in America.
If you decide to use this gym, don't give them your email address because their marketing and IT staff or software is quite terrible. Zero stars if it was possible.
