Very annoyed. For the the past several months my membership fee has been £3 in excess of the identical membership for new members. I discovered this by chance. When I raised this with them the response was, "When new members pay less, we don't reduce the cost for existing members." This is in spite of my membership being outside of the minimum 12-month contract period.

Disgusting! Promptly cancelled my membership, while still giving them their required 30-day notice period, but in spite of this they still collected the full £77 by direct debit even though they confirmed earlier that due to pro-rata calculations less than half this amount would be collected. No response when I emailed them about this. Hopefully my bank will be able to reverse the direct debit payment.

This gym used to be 5* service but recently the standard is dropping really fast, always there’s-not enough staff no cleaners before or at closing time the place is really filthy dirt every where and start to smiling,,,, gosh

Very poor experience. I initially opted to freeze my membership during COVID due to being at very high risk, and then later decided to cancel it, yet W3 have still taken my full membership fee this month. Despite them knowing I am unable to use the club safely and have not used it since March, they feel it is justified to charge for a full months use- what exactly am I paying for? It would have been understandable if I was paying for a final month of normal use, but this is effectively a hidden cancellation fee. They have ignored my recent emails. Please avoid.

I’ve been a member of this club for nearly a year now and I’m very disappointed about the fact that tennis courts are not longer available for guests but uniquely for members.
Called a member of staff this morning to Make sure my tennis court was booked and staff told me that in order to use the court guests have to become members. Clever way to get more members this is for sure , but isn’t a tennis court. Included already in my membership ???
Ridiculous. will cancel my membership for sure.

Lovely place to train, clean, with all equipment, tennis court...plenty of parking. Staff members are amazing

I love this club especially the spa area but unfortunately it has been closed temporarily for refurbishment which is saddening as I am desperate to know when it will reopen please can anyone let me know
