Great place. Love the location and the decor inside, and the 45min classes. I've only been coming for a month, but not bored at all. It looks like the instructors are trying to keep the routines different. It would be good to introduce the balance ball or the big ball, some step stools, etc. (just additional simple equipment to allow more variety). Job well done, overall! App works great too. My favorite instructors are Johnathan, Catriona and Christopher. Love having this gym in the neighborhood!

I do not leave reviews, but this time I thought it might be helpful to others to know how incredible this place is. It is one of the best gym not just location wise, interior design but especially due to instructors there. They all are great, every time creating challenging and fun work outs. Never the same day and I can already feel much stronger after just 1 week ..

Amazing HIT CLASS , I really enjoyed this 45 minutes class and after I felt amazing . The class was explained really well and Michael was super helpful to us during the session . I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to start doing some hit class and push themselves.

Great gym! Kath is absolutely fantastic! Loved her small PT class! My daughter is very new to gym work out, proper form , working the right muscles etc and Kath was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very patient with her! Thanks for a fantastic session!

Had a great workout this morning. New facility is super clean, good equipment, good class. Would recommend. Shout out to Michael for running a good class and stretch at the end.

Depending on your training preferences and goals you can add or deduct 2 stars from that rating :) Generally it's a good gym but it lacks some bits that I find necessary for me.

Pros:
+ Training sessions are short and intensive. Good choice if you don't want to spend a lot of time training.
+ Pretty diverse training programs.
+ Convenient schedule - you can find training sessions in the morning, during the lunch, in the evening.

Cons:
- Schedule is pretty packed, and you don't have an opportunity to stay and warm-up / stretch / do some more training if you want to unless you book a personal training.
- Popular times are crowded, and gym is too small to have enough space for 20 people to train comfortably.
- Some trainers are not paying attention at all to exercise technique of the athletes. Not sure what's the point of trainer in that case.
- Gym is small and has no place between the entrance and training hall. So you can't enter it before previous session ends and have to wait in the street. And given the small breaks between the sessions you have to enter and change pretty fast.
- Music is loud and you can barely hear what some trainers are saying.

An exceptional gym. I work out way harder in these classes than I ever have. All of the staff are brilliant too, they're fun and keep you motivated all the way through. I highly recommend.

Started going a couple of weeks ago. This has been the best HIIT classes I’ve had since moving to London. The workouts are always different, the instructors are friendly and motivational and the music is just right! They have enough classes in the mornings and in the evenings which allow for flexibility. I’ve been to classes instructed by Dario, Justin and Chris and they’ve all been amazing! Highly recommend!
