Best gym in Enfield. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The 30 min classes are the perfect length and really push you to your limit. The gym is small but you can always get a machine and get into a class. And it's a rolling contract so you can cancel anytime.

It is an oasis in Enfield with swimming pool, jacuzzi , steamer, sauna, gym equipment and a lot of great yoga instructions. All in a reasonable price! Friendly and helpful staff and customers, I love it!

Love the classes, 15 /30/ 60 minutes classes available to suit working mums and supper busy people. Easy to sign on classes and cancel if needed. ( Nearly allawys someone to answer phone calls to assist and answer questions). Gym clean and good atmospher. Showers and toilets available. free parking with plenty of space. Great Gym!!!

Not a member, but I attend the best Zumba and Strong by zumba class in Enfield with gorgeous Kamila! Gym looks great tho and studio is just fab!!!
