Shapers Ladies Only Gym & London Lipo Clinic

As someone who's not always keen on exercising this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and everyone is really friendly and patient. The routines are easy to do and can only take half an hour of your day. A great place to work out and meet new people.

A small gym that gives great results
You may think it won't work but thehelpful staff design a personal program justfor you. They know how to target and wrk those tricky areas - my arms and legs have much more definition. Myfitness level has increased but the best part is others have noticed the changes too!
All the members are friendly and supportive while the stafftake the time to know and support everyone.

Amazing place to work out in. All the staff are amazing, especially Dolly the manager who always has a smile on her and is always helping the ladies while having a laugh with them. The best part about Shapers is the prices are so cheap with free personal training, unlimited classes and they really help you if you have never been to a gym before. A must place to go. :)

Joined in June in Orpington brunch and the staff at the time made me feel very comfortable with the equipment and programme. The opening hours were restrictive however promises were made that this would be back to normal and camera system installed. 5 months later and still waiting for more availability to use the gym and still having to plan gym time around them and not my work / life balance. Happy to take your money but not deliver on promises, no response to emails asking for actual dates or my complaints and today found the gym closed with no explanation on the one day they are supposed to be available. Very quick to text me with their promotions though!! Will not be renewing my membership as not prepared to waste my money

I have been going here for many years and love that it is ladies only .
You are given personal workout exercises which change every 8 weeks so you can progress further .
I find the prices are competitive and the opening hours fit into my lifestyle. .
The staff are amazing and you can ask them anything and also have a good laugh with them too .
Also they extend your contract because of covid so you dont lose out .
It was so lovely going back and meeting up with people again .

Sooooo Happy to be back at shappers really missed my workouts it so friendly welcoming and the staff are so lovely and friendly shapper is my lifeline never did I ever think I would hear myself say I love going to the gym but it's TRUE I really do !!Thanks Shappers for being there for me x

Bright. Coulorful and clean. Good place for a women's only gym. Not one to miss.
