Healthy Balanced Generation

I like the gym, however I have had a poor experience in regards to customer service to do with my membership.

Firstly, I still have not received a membership card after over a month of attending the gym, I have been told it is on order every time I've asked. When I've phoned the staff have seemed clueless about when my membership started and have kept editing the system , yet I am asked to remember the day I started every time I call or go in. Furthermore, when I rung to check up on when my membership expired, they looked up the date, saw it expired, told me I had to come in and pay them and then hung up on me, I still had further questions but was simply appalled by the lack of basic manners.

It is a real shame as I enjoy often attending the gym itself, but I am however dissapointed with how they approach customer service and support.

The gym wad way too small with extra cardio machines

I really like this gym.
It is the first time that I am member in a gym and I really like it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Been there first time. Plenty parking, great badminton courts, Plenty of lights. We have booked further slots.

Clean and friendly staff, a quieter gym which means you have access to the equipment. Parking can be tough during school times hut a lovely gym. Highly recommend Jess as a Pt!
