I've been training at this gym for years, Such a lovely gym, friendly staff and members. Everyones always willing to help someone else out if needed, were like one big family! They have fantastic PTs that will get you the results your looking for. The equipment is always looked after by the staff and the owners are constantly updating the gym with new machines/equipment.

Good gym with friendly staff. Gym users are always willing to show you how to use equipment safely and always up for chatting. I've had dietary advice from Adam which I have found useful.

Honestly love it here, Super amazing Equipment Good Old School Stuff, Decently Priced Drinks And Protein Supplements, Staff Are Super Friendly And Adam Is A Good Laugh Sometimes, 100% Recommend This Gym To Newer People And Alot Of The Time Gym Members Will Help You Out.

Best and most well equipped gym I ever have trained in after exactly 30 years of body building. I trained in capitol gym in 1992 under the when Les owned the gym that had beed an ice rink before that. Best regards to capitol gym and I hope les is still there and doing well. Well done.
