As an ex-personal trainer and having worked alongside both Greg & Tara, walking into this space re-ignited my passion for the value that personal training holds; the right equipment with the right pt's is a game changer! Hand on heart I can honestly say that the equipment they have is top of the range and no expense has been spared!

If you're looking for a personal training studio in the city where your results will be guaranteed to not only leave you looking great but feeling great too whilst training with some incredible personal trainers all within a luxury environment look no further as you've found the gym for you!

I first trained with Greg in 2015 and his expert knowledge and personal approach inspired me to consistently include structured resistance training into my programme. The combination of a tailored approach, functional strength development, coupled with excellent nutrition advice had a transformational impact in just 4 months. From 2017 I was doubly lucky to then train with Tara who also brings her own unfailing passion for fitness and performance. Both are first class fitness professionals as well as being really engaging trainers who really invest time in supporting their clients' goals. During this time I have also witnessed their combined drive and vision deliver Strength House which is one of the best personal training environments I have seen anywhere in London. I cannot recommend the Strength House team highly enough.

I had a personal training session with Tara when I was visiting London last December and I was extremely impressed. The Gym itself is amazing and has top of the range equipment. I've never seen such an impressive gym actually! Tara was lovely, very knowledgable and also very motivating throughout the session. She made me feel at ease and really knew her stuff, adapting my posture where necessary so my body was in the correct position to carry out the exercises she had given me, without risking injury, and also pushing me to achieve my best whilst still enabling me to enjoy the workout. Also the changing rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, all the facilities you need and probably the best shower I've ever had! Would highly recommend Strength House.

Could not recommend Strength House more highly - My experience has been really transformative for my approach to strength training. I started with little prior experience and the team have helped me to build really strong foundations which I’ll take forward for the rest of my life. Oli has been amazing and has designed some engaging and challenging programmes - I’ve been really happy with the results and my progress. The gym is also really well equipped and in a great location.

I went to Strength House to get assessed by Greg for a knee issue that has been preventing me training for a couple of years. Physio hadn’t helped so I wanted to know if he could pin point specific weaknesses that could be worked on to build back strength and get me back on track. After an in-depth consultation, we went ahead with a full body assessment which I found super interesting and informative, then a follow up session to go through exercises specific to the weaker muscles. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and I’ve learnt so much in our sessions to enable me to start my journey to getting back to where I want to be.

The gym exceeded my expectations, beautifully designed with the best equipment tailored specifically for recovery and injury prevention. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Strength House and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I came to see Greg and Tara after suffering from chronic back pain in my upper and lower back for the best part of 18 years. By working to strengthen around the affected areas, my day to day pain has dropped significantly after only a months worth of sessions - to a point where it’s barely noticeable now, rather than all I could think about daily. The service is incredible- the detail they go into and pride they take in their work is immense as they build a totally bespoke programme round you. The gym itself is spotless, fitted to an incredibly high standard and very welcoming. Overall, I cannot recommend Greg and Tara more highly whether you suffer from pain or just want to get fitter and stronger. The best investment in myself I’ve ever made. Thank you!

Came to Strength House with a meniscus tear and painful back. With expert advice and carefully planned sessions we were able to avoid surgery and am now able to be active and do the things I love pain -free.

The facilities are clean, professionally set up and with a nice atmosphere. Equipment is top of the line and PT's are excellent! I recommend Strength House to anyone who wants to get in shape or are struggling with muscle and joint pain.

First time I’m pain free in over ten years! I’ve tried everything from acupuncture and chiropractor to kryo-therapy and yoga, and this is the only thing that really worked. Thank you for sorting me out!
