Great gym in a convenient location. Whilst it might not have a pool or sauna etc, its no nonsense approach makes it perfect for that pre/post work workout. All brand new equipment.
The staff are fantastic, always friendly and helpful, and offer free classes as part of your membership!
Couldn't be happier with a gym!

Friendly and cheap gym, for girls there are lots of classes and equipment, the quality of equipment is good. Changing rooms are big and have no issues. Would be good to get more machines for abs, scott bench. Overall the gym is worth the money, except for some minor equipment missing. Staff is friendly and always here to help.

Very affordable gym. Excellent range of equipment over to floors with one dedicated to free weights. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that needs improving are the shower blocks.

Absolutely perfect for my needs. Best fitness centre I've been to regarding staff and amenities for my sport (contortion). Maybe not good for very serious body builders and definitely not well equipped for cross fit.

Only been going for two weeks. Never been to a gym before so first day was daunting but I was immediately put at ease. The staff (especially Kay/Keturah) have been so amazing and supportive and I feel like they are really by my side on my weightloss journey. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. So many great sessions all included in the monthly price. I recommend this place to newbies especially.

Brilliant gym! New management took over recently and you can really see the difference they have made already. The staff are really friendly and always willing to give help and advice. Great equipment and classes :)

Great range of different machines/equipment. Always something to do. Great music or TV's to watch whilst you work out. Drinking fountains available throughout the gym. Spacious changing rooms with showers and a very low price. Would definitely recommend! (only thing is you need to bring your own padlock for the lockers, but can get one for £1 in poundland next door)

I went to the gym this morning at 8 and it was closed. Can I know why? Was this advised somewhere?
I lost my gym day.

I am editing my review brcause I am not allowed to post another one... TODAY, 19TH JUNE THE GYM IS AGAIN CLOSED!!!! THIS IS A JOKE, WORST GYM EVER
