This place looks real good not busy which is better than having to wait to use gym equipment. Got to big up Louis as he has put a lot of effort into his own place risky business but I think he will make it work. Im not a member but that's because I have a injury at present but once I'm sorted im thinking of joining her as I like the quiet vibe and itsvwalking distance from home! Nice place defo recommend and goodbfacilities.

I love the fact you get regular health checks, there is no monthly contract and best of all they have Excite Live - A seven-piece cardio range which has revolutionised training. The studio is spacious and kited out with the most up to date equipment. I would happily recommend Hamiltons Honour to anyone looking to work out in a relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday gym.
