I went down today to check this place out, as I'm looking to compete in powerlifting/strongman in the future...

..3 hours later I was still there - amped up by the atmosphere - making full use of all of the quality strength equipment they have to offer!!

After receiving tips and advice from the heavily experienced staff - one of which has Cornwall's strongest man as a title (Adam) - I signed up on the spot!

No egos or negative vibes at this gym, just people who are passionate about performance and growth.

Accessible to all, regardless of gender or age. The perfect gym. 👍🏋️‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️💪

Great gym with excellent equipment. Friendly atmosphere & good vibe. Adam is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated PT & Coach, as are the other PTs in their team.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Classic pumping station, no fuss, just muscle. Highly recommend if your new year's resolutions aren't going as well as planned.

Good solid equipment, with focused and knowledgeable trainers always around but not intrusive. Great gig!

One of the friendliest gyms I have had the pleasure of training in. The staff are helpful and the members are always willing to help each other. Great environment. Perfect for those wishing to train for strength.

Brilliant gym. It's packed full of great powerlifting equipment and people who train seriously. Do not go to this gym for unnecessary frills; it's plates, chalk, dumbells and racks. Nice friendly helpful atmosphere too.

The best gym in Salisbury hands down. Mostly specialising in strength and conditioning but catering very well for powerlifting. This is the only gym where it's members are as helpful and positive towards you training well and safely as staff at any other gym. Both Adam and Erin are great PT's and in a league of their own compared to the sea of averageness that is Salisbury.

What an amazingly friendly gym. Skill level doesn't matter the boss will help anyone that asks as do the other members from my observation. I'm no super gym bunny but it's not in the least intimidating. Truly superb.
