I’ve been training with Kieran for a month now and I have 4 PT sessions a week (glutton for punishment) each session as enjoyable as the next! Kieran is experienced, committed and knowledgeable in what he does!
Kieran is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun) and is always there to push and motivate me when I think I can’t carry on!
Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I 100% recommend KH Fitness!

Very professional service. Kieran listened to where my problem areas were and focused on them, explaining his reasoning behind each method he used. I will definitely be returning 👍🏼

From the moment you meet Kieran, you know that the service you will receive is professional. His approach to health and fitness encourages you to work to your best.
Personal training and classes are both enjoyable yet challenging, the team work in the classes inspires you to go again and again.
Before undertaking personal training, Kieran helps you to realise an achievable goal and sets realistic targets to achieve them. He is approachable and very knowledgable: he also takes part in some of the personal challenges such as half marathons and charity obstacle courses.

People of all ages take part in his classes, all the workouts can be structured to cater for all abilities and every part of the circuits are explained both visually and verbally, ensuring everyone can safely take part. During the circuit Kieran constantly checks and helps everyone to carry out the exercises correctly.
Professional sports people also receive training from Kieran- this shows you just how professional he is for such a young age. He has certainly studied well and used his skills to his best. He is constantly keeping up to date with his own study into health and fitness too.
The cost of his classes and personal training are not out of everyone’s reach- you can’t put a price on your health.
There’s free parking too- give Kieran a try, you won’t regret it.

I have been going to KH fitness classes now for almost 2 years. HIIT, boxing, circuits, abs, strength and conditioning… I enjoy them all!
Classes are well organised, varied and challenging.
Once you’re a member there is a really easy to use app to book onto the classes which I like.
Kieran is very friendly and certainly knows his stuff, I cannot recommend him enough!

Before training with Kieran I trained alone at a gym but completely lost motivation. I have never looked back, I am so happy with my progress and have never felt so motivated to train. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect start to a weekend or any day!
His classes are always tailored to everyone abilities and capabilities- he will make sure you are doing them correctly too.
This weekend. I tried a sports massage for a niggling back and Kieran ensured I have some follow up exercises and stretches to compliment it.
He certainly knows exactly what is needed and how to do it.
Give him a try- you will not be disappointed.

I joined KH Fitness in October last year and mix PT sessions with classes. This allows for some flexibility around work etc. the classes are always challenging, varied and most of all enjoyable.
The PT sessions are tailored to my goals and Kieran has a good understanding of his subject and measures my progress regularly.
Overall, I’ve been really impressed with KH Fitness and would recommend highly.

I’ve been training with KH fitness for 2 years now and the experience is 2nd to none. All plans are personalised to suit needs and ability, with enough challenge to see improvements. For me, it’s the perfect balance. Kieran creates every session with enough variety in each one, so that training never feels stagnant.
Using his experience and knowledge, Kieran ensures that I get the best out of each training session. He is always on hand to answer questions and offer support.
It’s fair to say, being the only gym environment that I’ve never left after the 1st session, I would 100% recommend KH fitness for anyone, no matter your ability.
