The trainers are highly knowledgeable and approachable, they will encourage you to keep progressing and push you to the next levels. Whether that means leading you towards your first push-up, or muscle-up, or some crazy move I don't know the name for yet, they will cater classes to your own needs and goals.
They also offer "open gym" if you want to use their equipment independently as opposed to in a class.
Come join us!!! 🤗
I have been doing gymnastics with one of the coaches there since July, and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a proper program, but also very personal and specific feedback - it's so motivating to be able to see my progression already!
They had a two week trail offer for £25 and you could do unlimited classes with that week. Some of the classes I tried were hand balancing; gymnastic strength training; mobility; movement; and restorative yoga. They are very accommodating for all levels, and each session felt like I was getting my own personal training programme. I could tell that they really cared about the progression of their students and they were very generous with sharing their knowledge. I made very noticeable progress within those short two weeks, which is a testament to what they do.
The teachers were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Erdy. Also the gym is very clean and well looked after, with a bit of a spa vibe (they provides hand lotion in the bathroom).
Highly recommend 🙏🏽
In the past year I've been to many handbalance classes in London and never found somewhere like MoveHackney! The instructors are really knowledgeable about the body and give you very clear and individual guidance.
COVID-wise the team have made it super safe, the GST classes are just 4 people right now and there's temperature testing, loads of space, thorough cleaning and lots of a hand gel. I feel very safe.
