I actually choose to get up at 5:30am to do Crossfit at Crossfit Wyre Forest and have been a member now for around 10 years. That's how good it is! Great coaching and a fab community always ready to celebrate your achievements with a chalky high five or sweaty bear hug. Wouldn't train anywhere else :)

Really can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic facility, the best quality equipment and wonderful coaches who are always accommodating the workouts to your needs. Worth all the sweat!!!
