Derby Bmx Track

Great facility. Went to see the uk champs here. Not a bad do.

Great asset for Derby, good track, if only my bike skills were better to take full advantage of it.

I am a casual off road cyclist, was just passing but as there is no access restriction when the venue is not hosting an event, I just went to the top of the ramp and gave it a go. Great fun, with a bit of practice the adrenalin would really flow. Definitely going to return for a longer session. Cost nothing, for some excitement, put yourself at as much risk as you dare.

Nice place to find when on a bike ride with my children, we spent about an hour going over the jumps, when we were there is wasn’t to busy.

Great BMX track open to the public.

Also a club that runs sessions there.

Make sure you have a helmet.

Cracking free-to-use facility. Proper BMX track with entry ramp. Small skills are to one side.

(Adjacent skatepark more suitable to Street BMX than skates, skateboards or scooters. Go the West Park in Long Eaton instead)
