Great little Gym!

Always very Clean up to stock the with newest equipment and weights lovely friendly staff/personal trainers and often quiet around midday

It does pack up in the evening and the Gym is pretty small overall but all the equipment you would need to get a great workout just does get busy.

Locker rooms are also quite small but again if you avoid the after work rush you will be ok

It's also next to Aldis and a CO-OP to get you bulk needs!

Great gym. Simple, easy and cheap. Lots of good equipment with the odd occasionional wait. Classes are great and offer good value. Staff ate very good, especially the manager Sam. Weekday mornings are good, unless your a peacock go later.

The gym itself is good value for money, lots of parking available right out the front and not very busy in the mornings. Only bad experience I’ve had so far is one of the staff members can be quite rude.

Nice small gym. Clean and well set out. Staff leave you alone unless you need them for help and advice

Friendly staff, clean equipment, parking ok mostly when other shops nearby are not too busy.
Good location.
Gym staff happy to help and advise and also happy to just let you do your own thing.
Overall would recommend.

Excellent Gym and some good classes. Great value and never a time I've been when I couldn't get on the equipment

For gods sake, I joined this gym in 2017 for a few months, decided it wasn’t for me but 5 years later I’m still getting harassed by emails and texts asking me to join back up! Even after I’ve unsubscribed, MANY TIMES! Any business that holds onto your details to constantly pester you after you’ve left is not a good business. Stop harassing clientele that have left! Never going back due to this.
