Excellent gym. Great classes led by fantastic instructors. PT's are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only downside is a properly trained customer focused Manager is required. Other than that this gym offers excellent value for money.

Great place to workout at. Has its own MMA area, ladies only section. Even in peak time you will always find an equipment to use as the gym is massive.

It as a lot of parking space so no struggle to find parking at all, parking is free. Equipment is always clean.

Great gym, the price is pretty much unbeatable if you’re looking for a gym with a mix of everything, I love the size of the place, friendly and attentive staff.

Only downside is the changing rooms showers aren’t too great and it’s usually very cold in there when you get out, and the car park has quite a few very bad potholes.

But still would recommend.

Best gym with a great price. Everyone I know goes to it now.

It’s a massive warehouse with so many free weights and you can pretty much get on anything. Definitely recommended over PureGym and the nearby The Gym venues.

Can’t go wrong at a tenner per month. I’ve spent more on lunch sometimes.

Car park could do with resurfacing however.

If I could give less than 1 star I would have give it already.

I signed up with this gym and while chosing The payment method i chose Card payment not direct debit which means one time payment not every month.

Still they charged me next month again by saying that in our policy we use card payment as direct debit When everyone uses card payment as one time payment.

Ok, then I requested them to cancel these payments so again in next month i will not have to pay to them when I’m not using their gym.

However, after applying for the cancellations of gym subscription they sending me an email stating that it’s gonna take 30 days to cancel the subscription,

Amazing, another excuse to loot me for one more month. I’m like , come on - “30” days ? Wow

Be careful everyone
They gonna rob you
Save your money

Go to any of the gym but don’t give them your bank details

Would definitely not recommended, the put you in a contract without informing you of so, so your stuck in a contract you didn't even want in the first place, have to have 30 days notice even if it's out of the 12 month period - they don't even tell you this. Charge you cancellation and admin fees. Just want to take as much money as possible.

Edit - I cancelled my contract, months later received a letter stating it was a debt collection agency that had 'tried to contact me various times' and that I owed the gym £900+. I owed them nothing turns out the gym had forgot to put down I had cancelled and paid any cancellation and admin fees so I continued to get charged. Had to spend a substional amount of time sorting out the gyms mess.

The customer service here is atrocious. Canceled my membership over 3 months ago and they are still trying to charge me even though i haven't been since October.

I can't cancel on the app as it says I've already requested a cancellation, and the general manager takes far too long to reply.

The gym itself is falling apart, there's holes in the walls, and in my opinion not enough variety in the ladies only section.

Never had this much issue with PureGym, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I saw from all the reviews that I am not the only one in this situation with them. Harlands, the company they are dealing with for payments caused me a few sleepless nights with their attitude towards their customers.
I had a gym membership that I wanted to cancel which I have paid for in advance so logically if I decided not to continue my membership I decided not to pay for the next month. Now they emailed me after two days of nonpayment that I have an additional 25 pound to pay as an administration fee. I really think this is a lot of money considering that for my late internet bill I was charged only 7 pound and I actually have a one year contract with them. For the gym I had no such contract, just to pay monthly membership. Also the lady at the gym which set up my direct debit never mentioned a 30 day cancellation notice or anything about this kind of fees. I thought afterwards that the best idea would have been to freeze my membership for a period of two months but after this experience I just want to never hear about the gym or Harlands, this kind of attitude is ridiculous.
I now have to pay more then two months worth of membership that I will never use. I guess that this is how Harlands still stands on its feet, by overcharging customers additional fees and miss informing them in the rudest ways.
The gym for me was cheap (until this point), friendly staff and what I needed, the fact that they miss inform the customers from the start regarding cancellation of membership and not mention these ridiculous kind of fees is very wrong and completely changed my mind regarding them. The collaboration they have with Harlands will also cause them harm as that company has one star reviews almost exclusively.
Hopefully I will get out of this mess soon.
