Great gym, friendly staff & you’ll be hard pushed to find better kit. Gym is always clean & has a great atmosphere.
Always train here when I’m back in the midlands.

One of the best, if not, the best Powerlifting gym in the country. Plenty of calibrated plates, a selection of high quality bars, utility bars, power racks, heavy duty mono, PL accessory equipment and some old school BB upstairs too. The vibe is spot on for serious lifters.

Fantastic gym, covers ever possible requirement for powerlifting but also has a vast range of equipment that rivals any other gym locally. One of the best for strength sports in the country.

Great strength gym for people of all abilities, hard-working members and staff to help keep you motivated. Good comp kit for powerlifting and strongman - plenty of machines and dumbbells too.

Best gym I've been to. No-nonsense, equipment is clean, plates are organised 👌. Proper kit if you just want to lift some weights.
