Really good gym. Location is perfect with secure car parking. Gym is a good size and has plenty of equipment for both cardio and weights. Like all gyms it gets busy at peak times but as it’s 24hr you can avoid the busy times if you wish. It is staffed during the day. Membership is on the cheaper side compared to other comparable gyms.

The staff are super friendly and helpful too, there is a good variety of machines so you have are able to do different workouts to suits your needs and the classes are amazing too!

Nice 24hr gym! Got most equipment you need!! Private parking showers etc the cleaners are lovely and do there job really well, friendly staff

Great gym really accessible with free parking and bus route just outside. Loads of equipment and a good sized free weights.Friendly and helpful staff.

Brilliant gym, excellent equipment, easy to approach staff with excellent skills and knowledge of the gym. Great atmosphere all round.
