Flex Fitness Leisure Centre

If you’re serious about training, you’d want to go to a real gym and Flex Birmingham is a real gym with proper weights and hammer strength machines. Staff is really friendly and atmosphere is upbeat. Recommended.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months now after initially struggling to find solid gym in Birmingham. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the equipment is first class with most machines being hammer strength or equivalent.

Joined this gym recently. The Direct debit is £19.99 per month (no contract). The equipment is top stuff. Hammer strength, Life fitness, Primal strength, Technogym machines, mix of all sorts for all gym users. Good staff, Clean gym, Great atmosphere and everything is set out in order to use. Spectacular!

The gym does have a great variety of equipment. Unfortunately the opening hours are very restrictive for those that work 9-5 and want to avoid the after 5pm busy period. It only seems to quieten down by 9pm then (not leaving much time for a proper workout). I prefer to workout in the morning before work but the 8am opening is too late for this, plus I tried to go at 8am a few times only to find they hadn’t opened on time so I wouldn’t have been able to fit in a workout before work then either.
If you are willing to go when it’s busy after 5pm or are able to go in the daytime then it’s also good value for money.

I’ve been trying at the gym for almost 4 years, the gym equipment is totally amazing, the gym staff are very welcoming and makes you feel part of the family. Top lads keep up the amazing work

Very very good gym. Fantastic atmosphere very diverse group of people. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Times are great always open when shelduled. Great space to workout 10/10 machines and free weights

Wanted to try this gym, but the surrounding is absolutely disgusting and is full of garbage with signs of car being stripped of its parts, smashed windscreens, alcohol bottles, and even drugs remnants. A passerby told me to completely to avoid this street as people get mugged and robbed in this street.

Flex fitness by far the best gym in brum. Great training machines & free weights,
